How it works?
The Signature Club is a tiered loyalty program: you earn points on purchases, your tier increases as you spend, and higher tiers unlock better perks. At checkout, you can redeem points under Spend Points to generate a discount code, then copy and paste it to apply the discount.

Is the Signature Club free?
Yes. Joining the Signature Club is free.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. You must be logged into your Style of Zug account.
I already have an account. Do I need to sign up again?
No. Log in with your existing account and your membership and points are tied to that account.
How do I earn points?
You earn points when you purchase. The number of points depends on your VIP tier.
Do I earn points on shipping and taxes?
No, points are earned on the product only (excluding shipping and taxes).
When are points added to my account?
Usually after the order is confirmed or fulfilled. If points don’t appear right away, wait a day and refresh your account page.
Where can I see my points balance and expiry date?
In your Signature Club account under Points Balance, including the expiry date. Log in in to your account
How do I redeem points?
Choose a reward and apply it at checkout. The required points are deducted and the discount is applied.
Under Spend Points, select how many points you want to use. The system will show the discount, then generate a discount code. You can click Copy code to copy the discount code and paste it at checkout.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points have an expiry date shown in your account. Unused points expire after that date. after 2 years The oldest points are used first to reduce the chance of points expiring.
What happens if I return items or cancel an order?
Your points balance is adjusted:
- Points earned from that order are removed.
- If you redeemed points on that order, the redeemed points are typically returned after the return is processed.
Points are usually adjusted proportionally based on the value of the items returned.
What is a VIP tier?
A VIP tier is your membership level. Higher tiers earn more points per CHF and unlock extra bonuses.

- Steel
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
When do tier upgrades apply?
Upgrades apply automatically once your qualifying spend is recognized in the system.
Do tiers reset?
Yes. Your tier is valid until the date shown in your account. Your tier is then recalculated based on your qualifying spend.

Why are my points missing or incorrect?
Here are the most common reasons:
- not being logged in
- order not yet fulfilled
- order was refunded
If it still looks wrong, contact support with your order number.
We will take care of this.
Can I transfer points to another account?
No, points are tied to one account and cannot be transferred.
