Inspiration

The edition draws its name from the final verse of Paradiso by Dante Alighieri, “L’amor che move il sole e l’altre stelle” – the love that moves the sun and the other stars. A line that speaks of an invisible yet powerful force, capable of setting everything into motion. Here, Scribo imagines the writing instrument as a vessel – one that carries this force forward, moving each of us toward achieving greatness through writing.

Design & Materials

The edition takes a dodecagonal shape, reflecting the series it belongs to, and is handcrafted from precious resin, with the clip and metal elements ruthenium-coated. The cosmic grey-blue color reveals black and white fragments deeply embedded into the surface, recalling the calm of a night sky once the journey has reached its end. Each pen is fitted with an in-house SCRIBO nib, made in 18k gold or in flexible 14k gold, both paired with an ebonite feeder.

Scribo has always put the writing experience first, regardless of the edition, hence the broad range of nib widths and the smooth writing feel. Produced in a strictly limited run of 145 pieces worldwide, the edition also stands as a compelling collectible.
